We present this Regional Budget (APBD) analysis pocketbook to budget champions in any role—whether within Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) institutions, local governments, or civil society organization (CSO) movements fighting for the public's best interests.

This small book stems from PATTIRO's journey of over five years engaged in budget advocacy work. One notable aspect includes providing technical assistance to DPRD and municipal/regency governments across several regions in Indonesia. Consequently, some case studies in this book draw from findings in those regions.
