PATTIRO is a research and advocacy institution which focuses on local governance issues, particularly decentralization. The focus areas of PATTIRO are Social Accountability for Public Services, Public Finance Management, and Transparency. Through a Creative Commons license, we encourage greater accessibility to the materials our staff created and published collaborated with the donors.
