All public agency mandated by Freedom of Information Law to appoint an Information and Documentation Management official (Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi- PPID) in their institution. Each PPID has a central role in Public Agency. PPID role for public bodies internally is responsible for managing information, whereas the role of the PPID externally i.e., duty to serve information applicant. Looking at the central role, PPID can be forefront of Public Agency.
PPID Training Module
This module is designed to ease participants. If the module design combined with adequate capacity of facilitators, training process can change the way of thinking (mindset) and the behavior of the participants, especially in view of the disclosure of information as part of a new paradigm of public service.
After this training each PPID expected to work immediately in providing information services to the public properly.
Through this module, PPID is expected to change the way of thinking (mindset) and behavior, especially in view of the disclosure of information as part of a new paradigm of public service; able to identify problems and seek solution; organize the management of information and improve the ability to serve the public information for the applicant.
